All prices are listed in your local currency where available, or in USD by default. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct pricing and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price—though we will always notify you before taking any action and offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, payment verification, or shipping restrictions.

Once we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute final acceptance—our acceptance is expressly conditioned upon our final review. In the event that we cancel your order, we will refund any payment you have made in full.

We accept various payment methods as detailed on our Payment Methods page. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order to that method.

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

While we partner with reputable carriers and strive to meet estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as customs clearance, weather events, or carrier disruptions). In such cases, we will keep you informed to the best of our ability.

Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon our handover to the carrier. We recommend reviewing our shipping policy for detailed information on delivery zones, duties, and taxes.

6. Returns and Exchanges

In summary: we accept returns on most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within a specified return window. Some items—such as final sale pieces—are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and exchange availability is subject to stock.
